Introduction: Hypothyroidism is one of the commonly diagnosed endocrinopathy in children. The typical manifestations of a hypofunctioning thyroid are lethargy, somnolence, dry skin, cold intolerance, constipation, weight gain and bradycardia along with faltering height.
